The Cardio Exercise Randomizer selects from over 70 exercises across 6 categories: Running, Cycling, Swimming, Jump Rope, Low Impact, and High Impact. Whether you prefer steady-state cardio or explosive movement, there's something here for every fitness level.

How to Use the Randomizer

Click "Generate Random Cardio Exercise" to receive a random cardio type and specific exercise. Use the re-roll buttons (↻) to swap just the cardio type or just the exercise. Perfect for shaking up a stale cardio routine or discovering new ways to get your heart pumping.
