Each roll gives you 2 meats, 4 vegetables, 1 bean/legume, 1 grain, 2 fruits, and 1 sauce or marinade — a complete foundation to batch prep and build meals from all week long.
Based on meal prep research, consider also prepping: Fresh Herbs (chop and freeze in oil for convenience) and Nuts/Seeds (toast in bulk for healthy toppings and snacking throughout the week).
